Customers can also opt for 15-inch and wider stock in both White Oak and Walnut. Graf brother's "Plus Strips" are boards ripped to customer specified widths, and are popular with distributors in metropolitan areas where labor and real estate costs are especially high. White Oak and Walnut comprise 81% and 18% of production respectively, with Red Oak making up the rest. Graf Brothers sells approximately half of it's lumber to distribution yards and flooring and millwork manufacturers, and the other half goes into its own flooring production." * Species include: Lumber sales are primarily in Prime / FAS grades, Rift and Quarter sawn, and Plain sawn.
